My love for coffee began as a young boy in Vietnam, taking sips from my mother's cup. Growing up, I watched my father sell raw green beans making almost no profit from the trade. Seeing that struggle taught me a lasting lesson: the real craft, value, and heart of coffee come alive in the roast.

When I came to Canada, I carried that purpose with me. We started The Hope Coffee in Ajax, Ontario to share authentic Vietnamese coffee culture with our community.
